DFM Solutions manages a broad range of facilities, including heavy industrial; automotive and aerospace manufacturing plants; mission-critical data centers; world headquarters; and corporate campus complexes.
Based in Detroit, DFM Solutions was and originally Devon Facilities Management from a partnership between Devon Contracting and Walbridge Construction in 2007. Devon Facilities Management changed hands in 2015 and became DFM Solutions – a certified Women Owned enterprise.
With deep roots in the automotive industry and expertise in manufacturing, DFM Solutions has experienced rapid growth in a relatively short period of time. We’ve been recognized for our continuous focus on value-add initiatives in safety, cost savings, and efficiency, to meet the needs of plant operators, purchasing managers, and facility managers. DFM Solutions has established a reputation for exceptional quality service and integrated solutions that deliver results.
