As a certified WBE and community leader, it’s part of our mission to serve as a mentor to other WBE/MBE companies while also positioning them to become the next generation of leaders in our industry. As part of our diversity program, DFM Solutions’ President and CEO Lauren Rakolta is actively involved with the Women’s Enterprise National Council (WBENC) at the regional and national level. We actively participate in trade shows, vendor matchmakers, and other industry events held by WBENC, Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council (MMSDC), other diversity organizations as well as customer-sponsored events.
