Service Provider
A company that furnishes labor, with or without materials, tools, and equipment, which is hired by the facility manager to perform a specific task as a portion of the overall scope.
Materials and Equipment Suppliers
A business that provides services like consulting, rental equipment (equipment only, no labor), cleaning, safety supplies, or any other services that don’t fit into these categories.
These vendors will not perform any on-site trade labor as part of the overall facility management or maintenance. If you do, you must register as a Service Provider.
